Tape stetching - Weaving - Cutting - Sewing - Packing

Our Tape stetching line

1. Electrical control unite: adopt the european famous brand processor control(PC)

2. Slitting unit: adopt the new type sdjustment structure. ensure the quality of tape edge

3. Intergrated holding unit: renew the previous film take-off and holding structure, meet the higher line speed requirement

4. Elecric component unit: adopt word famous brand product with international guarantee.

Raw material

We use only 100% virgin PP to make sure that our good quality. I can guarantee that you won't find a single grain of second hand PP in our raw material.

Tape Stretching

From the very basic raw material 100% virgin PP, we make the PP tape through extruding machine and drawing machine. The know-how of the mixture of raw material and our experienced skill in drawing process, we can manufacture the tread with specified strength. And with the special treatment of the raw material , we can add UV or rediation protection function.

 Weaving

And skilled workers weave the tape into plastic coth with Circular looms

Cutting

We are also able to print logos or any draft you provide on the surface of the plastic fabrcs, then cut the plastic cloth into the specified size. 

Sewing

The stitchers then sew the fabrics into one bag.

1. What information should I offer to you if I want to know the quotation?

 - Size of the bag;

- Usage of the bag;

- Weight of the bag or gram weight per square meter;

- Capacity weight;

- Any requirements for the delivery time;

- Destination.

2. Can I get the big bag sample for free?

 Yes, but you should pay for the freight. If you need us to design the sample, you should pay for the proofing, but if you make the bulk order, the proofing fee will be returned. 

3. If I have a  large quantity of the big bags, can you give me a discount?

 Yes, of course. If the quantity is not less than 3000pcs, we'll give a more favorable price.

4. Before make the order, can I visit your factory?

 Yes, warmly welcome.  Before you come, please let us know your schedule, your arriving time, we can come to pick you up.

If you come from Shanghai, you can take high-speed rail directly to Pingxiang Station, it takes about 3 and a half hours. If you are in Guangzhou, it takes about 2 hours.
